Headaches, Migraines and High Blood Sugar

High Blood Sugar... that's comes from eating lots of carbs, not enough exercise, poor diet and/or insufficient insulin response.

The initial symptoms are usually a spacey unfocused state of mind after eating.  What often happens next is then Low Blood Sugar which comes from a surge of insulin (made by your pancreas) into you blood and then you feel sleepy, tired and lethargic... and stressed!

Then the headache comes...

How to stop this cycle?   Easiest ways:

  • Eat some protein and good quality of oil with each meal...  simple, but most people are only eating carbohydrates at meals.
  • Exercise more
  • Eat small meals more often
Sounds good?  Let me know what you think!
